Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Cisco's premium services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges and propose tailored service solutions that deliver tangible business value.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in Cisco's service offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or services sector
  • Experience in managing client relationships and understanding customer needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
