About the position

The Account Executive, SMB (Farmer) at NAVEX is responsible for proactively partnering with existing customers to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. This role involves engaging with decision-makers to uncover their needs, demonstrating the value of NAVEX's risk and compliance management software products, and assisting customers through the implementation process. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, energetic, and passionate about sales, with a competitive edge and a drive for results.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively partner with existing customers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Engage with decision-makers within organizations to uncover their needs.
  • Demonstrate the value of NAVEX products using the company's sales methodology.
  • Assist customers through the implementation process of the products.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales role.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
