About the position

As an Account Executive at vivenu, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by implementing strategic sales plans in collaboration with upper management. This position involves engaging with target accounts, converting initial calls into meetings, managing multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle, and building strong customer relationships to expand the client base.

Responsibilities

  • Help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
  • Implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with upper management.
  • Hunt vivenu's target accounts along with BDRs and pitch the product via initial calls.
  • Convert initial calls into second meetings at a high success rate.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle, including User Buyer, Technical Buyer, Economic Buyer, and CX.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Close deals with new clients to expand the customer base.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying aware of new products and competition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a similar field.
  • 3-4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in high-growth companies, preferably meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Sales experience in/around the event ticketing industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Fluency in English at a native speaker level.
