About the position

The Account Executive position at Odoo, Inc. is a hybrid role focused on driving the adoption of Odoo's SaaS solutions in the Latin American region. Responsibilities

  • Work with other Account Executives to spearhead the growth & adoption of Odoo SaaS solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from inbound conversion through initial close, and post-sale account management for upselling
  • Analyze prospects' business operations and build tailored Odoo implementation packages to demo
  • Sell a diverse SaaS offering to various industries in the Latin American region
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve and optimize the sales process
  • Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress and best practices
  • Achieve revenue targets as a quota-carrying role

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years experience in a sales role at a SaaS provider
  • Spanish fluency (professional or native/bilingual): reading, writing, and speaking
  • Understanding of business operations
  • Knowledge of software providers in different verticals
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, think on your feet, and communicate effectively
  • Results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and hands-on with a proven ability to meet objectives and targets
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years experience in a closing sales role at a SaaS provider
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
