About the position

Looking for an experienced IT Account Manager / Account Executive to join our Team! Bayforce has a national account base so no non-compete issues! The position is currently full-time remote, however 1-2 days per week in a local office will be required as the market you are in matures.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for SAP / Oracle staffing services within assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions with an emphasis on ERP.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of staffing services.

Requirements

  • Live and work in the Greater Detroit Metro area
  • 3 - 8 years of Sales experience in the IT staffing industry
  • 1+ year of AE experience with SAP / ERP or Cloud services is a plus
  • 4-year college degree in business or a related degree preferred
  • Minimum of 500+ connections on LinkedIn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task while being detail-oriented as well as effectively prioritize
  • Strong work ethic with desire to learn and grow within the organization
  • Must have strong experience with MS Office tools. Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Must be willing to travel to meet non-local customers on occasion.

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of other ERPs like Oracle, Cloud concepts
  • We use Salesforce.com for our CRM and ATS. Some exposure is a plus
  • Knowledge of sales support tools like Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
