Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process with strategic leads, owning the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at strategic accounts.
  • Create and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and ensure customer success.
  • Monitor and analyze account health metrics, proactively engaging customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve sales efficiency and support growth initiatives.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach, creating tailored demonstrations of Dovetail for various audiences.

Requirements

  • Strong consultative sales experience in a high-growth SaaS business.
  • Extensive consultative selling skills to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with operational capabilities to improve sales processes.
  • Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and evolving sales processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey thoughts and ideas clearly to customers and teammates.
