About the position

The Named Account Executive for the Department of Homeland Security at Salesforce is responsible for driving new business growth within the DoD Navy community. This role focuses on developing strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives in analytics and application platforms, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The position requires a proven sales performer with extensive experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the public sector.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business in existing accounts
  • Drive strategic, enterprise-wide analytics and application platform initiatives in the Departments of Homeland Security
  • Build satisfied, loyal, and reference customers
  • Lead pursuit teams and coordinate support personnel to win new business

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record as a quota-carrying sales performer
  • Prior experience in DOD enterprise IT complex-sales
  • Understanding of PUBSEC enterprise systems and cloud computing security guidelines

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Federal Civilian Agencies
  • Understanding of PUBSEC acquisition guidelines
