About the position

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Major Accounts, focusing on selling human resources technology to companies with 50 to 999 employees. This role offers autonomy in managing a book of business, flexibility in scheduling, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. The position involves cultivating new business opportunities, managing complete sales cycles, and driving strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives. Continuous training and support are provided to help achieve sales goals and career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business independently and collaboratively within assigned geography to close sales and reach sales goals.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to capture new business.
  • Cultivate additional business within existing accounts while building lifelong relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
  • Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call and manage time effectively.
  • Confidently embraces opportunities and challenges the status quo.
  • Natural leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and resilience under pressure.
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver on promises consistently.
  • Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience or three+ years in relevant fields.
