About the position

The Account Executive (AE) role at Vestis Services is designed for individuals who thrive in an outside sales environment and possess a competitive spirit. The AE will focus primarily on selling uniforms, linens, and facility services, contributing to the company's growth and market share expansion. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to follow a structured sales process while working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and secure new business in the outside sales environment.
• Achieve industry-leading sales goals, including 200+ dials per week and in-person prospecting.
• Complete a comprehensive paid sales training program to gain product knowledge and mentorship.
• Follow the structured sales process to ensure success in sales efforts.
• Utilize technology, including laptops, cell phones, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems, to stay organized and connected.
• Provide exceptional customer service as the face of the company.
• Overcome objections and effectively demonstrate the value of our products.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks.
• Previous sales experience; OR completion of a college degree within the last 18 months; OR military service.

Nice-to-haves

• Business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems, preferably Salesforce.
