About the position

The Account Executive, Women's Championship Rodeo is responsible for identifying and developing corporate partnerships specifically for PBR's Women's Championship Rodeo. This role requires creativity, marketing knowledge, and negotiation skills to close deals and execute sales initiatives. The position is based in Fort Worth, TX, and involves travel to events and client meetings.

Responsibilities

  • National & regional partnership sales for Women's Championship Rodeo
  • Sales of partner integrations and commercial inventory within Merit Street broadcasts
  • Work with the internal PBR team to establish marketing campaigns for potential partners
  • Work closely with the PBR Sales Coordinator to create high-level sales presentations
  • Use marketing data and research to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency
  • Lead Qualification: Outbound sales calls to qualify leads
  • Inventory Management: Manage, track, document and protect inventory used across Women's Championship Rodeo
  • Collecting, processing, organizing, and presenting relevant data to support sales initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in sales or related marketing experience (preferred)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and solutions oriented
  • Proven record of prospecting and sales success
  • Advanced understanding of marketing and brand equity
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
