About the position

The Account Executive at MullenLowe U.S. plays a crucial role in account management, serving as a connector between clients, partners, and the agency. This position requires adaptability and flexibility, focusing on the executional needs of client business while driving projects to successful outcomes. The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring precise execution of campaigns, and collaborating with various departments to achieve larger business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with clients through total immersion in their business.
  • Write and assist in writing creative briefs under the guidance of the Account Supervisor.
  • Work cross-departmentally on campaign development to ensure projects are executed with precision and timeliness.
  • Help create and provide post-campaign results presentations.
  • Implement tactical plans and daily program execution for integrated client advertising campaigns.
  • Participate in face-to-face client meetings and status calls.
  • Engage with clients on tactical initiatives under the guidance of senior account team members.
  • Maintain various internal and client-facing reports.
  • Provide competitive and market research as assigned.
  • Assist the team in resolving potential administrative issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in advertising required.
  • 2+ years of experience required; advertising agency experience preferred.
  • Experience working on integrated campaign development across multiple departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Keynote required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with direct marketing campaigns and print production work preferred.
  • Experience with small scale event planning is a plus.
  • Exposure to/experience with data processing and databases is a plus.
