Responsibilities

  • Assist with proposals, RFPs, and demos alongside a seasoned Application Consultant team.
  • Provide expert technical sales support to clients.
  • Leverage a highly reference-able customer base with a 96% retention rate for hosted SaaS solutions.
  • Work with Sales Operations and Legal staff to process and close contracts efficiently.
  • Promote award-winning HRMS/Payroll, Talent Management, and Time and Attendance solutions.
  • Deliver Software-as-a-Service solutions to clients relying on SaaS benefits.
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Support teams to ensure timely customer onboarding.
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas and maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities.
  • Present HCM/WFM products and services to decision makers and end users within the assigned territory.
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop tailored sales and marketing proposals.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the HCM/WFM/SaaS industry.
  • 3-5 years of proven success in selling WFM/HRMS/Payroll solutions.
