About the position

As an Account Executive at Albireo Energy, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence, particularly within the data center sector. This role requires leveraging extensive knowledge of HVAC/BAS, lighting, and other building systems to provide integrated energy-saving solutions. Success in this position hinges on your ability to connect and collaborate with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth within the data center sector.
  • Build and nurture relationships with New and Existing Albireo Energy National accounts and establish relationships at the director/executive levels to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Present and promote a comprehensive range of products and services, including EPMS, Building Automation, PLC, Lighting, Energy, and Systems Integration solutions.
  • Work closely with operations and service departments to develop analytics packages for customers, including dashboards and value-based service agreements.
  • Sell service agreements to new customers and identify system enhancements and new projects.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Building Automation Systems.
  • Established relationships with General Contractors, End Users, and Engineers of Record in the data center industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Tech savvy with experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Thorough knowledge of building systems.
  • Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various priorities.
  • Personal computer proficiency.
