About the position

The Account Executive position at FreshPoint Central Florida, Inc. is responsible for promoting the company's products and services while building and managing relationships with both new and existing accounts. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales and profit goals set by the company, primarily covering the Orlando area.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute a customer call plan to meet company expectations.
• Increase share of wallet with existing customers by identifying their desires and goals, evaluating market trends, and recommending products.
• Collaborate with specialists and brokers for product ideation and provide value-added services to customers.
• Utilize the Sysco 360 CRM tool for account management, opportunity tracking, and maintaining key customer data.
• Manage activities initiated by the FreshPoint CMU HOME team, including maintaining customer order guides and alerts.
• Provide ongoing training on Sysco360, Tableau Reporting, and other tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurability standards.
• 3+ years of prior foodservice sales or B2B experience, restaurant management, or culinary background preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Demonstrated experience with FreshPoint customers and sales support best practices.
• Familiarity with customer service activities and interdepartmental communications.
