About the position

The Account Executive at RK Mechanical serves as the primary contact for assigned service customers, ensuring effective communication and project management. This role involves preparing accurate scope letters, facilitating project transfers to the Operations Team, and identifying potential issues while coordinating solutions. The Account Executive plays a critical role in maintaining project clarity and budget adherence, representing RK Service to clients and ensuring a seamless flow of information.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the transfer of information from our customers to the RK Service team.
  • Identify possible problems/issues and coordinate the solutions.
  • Prepare/oversee accurate scope letters.
  • Create scope summaries that clearly define the project pricing and responsibilities.
  • Create an accurate trend timeline and pricing that defines accepted/pending/declined trends for the project.
  • Explain and define pricing and scope to our clients.
  • Be the RK Service representative to ensure that there is a clear understanding and transfer of up-to-date information.
  • Offer solutions and gather information to keep the project scope clear and within budget.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of extensive relevant experience in the field.
  • Masters or college/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally required.
  • Ability to negotiate critical and controversial issues with top-level employees and officers.
  • Demonstrated creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning and organizing extensive programs.
  • Expertise in managing autonomous individuals, managers, and diverse groups.
