About the position

The Account Executive at Velir is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities. This role involves collaborating with leadership and the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business goals. The Account Executive will target prospective clients, qualify leads, and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, all while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including opportunities to expand existing partnerships.
  • Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform growth strategies, enhance service offerings, and explore new technology partnerships.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Utilize a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate value propositions and solutions to clients.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and agency overview, both in-person and virtually, to showcase the differentiators of our agency.
  • Create and present tailored proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, addressing their specific needs.
  • Lead client negotiations, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts using the designated CRM system.

Requirements
