About the position

Evo Security is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to enhance its channel partner program, specifically targeting Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role involves building and managing relationships with channel partners, driving sales through the MSP channel, and ensuring partners have the necessary resources for success. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel sales, a solid understanding of the MSP ecosystem, and a passion for exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed channel sales targets by building strong relationships with MSP partners.
  • Identify and onboard new MSP partners to grow Evo Security's channel presence.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate MSPs on Evo Security's offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop co-branded campaigns and partner enablement materials.
  • Implement channel sales strategies and methodologies like Challenger Sales or MEDDICC to drive results.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to MSPs to ensure they are successful in selling Evo Security solutions.
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and channel partner performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and changes in the MSP market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B channel sales, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity space.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage successful relationships with MSPs or other channel partners.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipelines and track performance.
  • Knowledge of the MSP business model and cybersecurity products is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a competitive mindset and a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to travel for partner meetings, industry events, and company all-hands meetings.
