About the position

The Account Executive will represent Lotus Bakersfield Corp's five radio stations in the Bakersfield market, focusing on selling airtime and promotions. This role involves prospecting for new advertisers, writing commercial copy, conducting marketing research, and managing billing payments. The Account Executive will also represent the stations at remote broadcasts and participate in special events.

Responsibilities

• Sell airtime and promotions for five radio stations.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of outside sales experience.
• Experience with calling both warm and cold sales leads.
• Strong self-starter with self-discipline and self-motivation.
• Professional dress and demeanor.
• Good computer skills (MS Office).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
