About the position

The Account Executive at Kele, Inc. is responsible for generating revenue from potential customers and increasing wallet share of existing customers. This role involves networking, making sales calls, and presenting new solutions to convince customers to enhance their business volume with the company. The Account Executive collaborates with various teams, including management, inside sales, marketing, and technical staff, to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote Kele's products and services using ASLAN Sales principles.
  • Provide exceptional personal customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Direct, monitor, and consolidate Salesforce data to develop account strategies and tactics with the team.
  • Listen to and manage resolution of customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
  • Conduct proactive sales calls to identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • Meet and maintain all minimum sales activity levels, including sales revenue and margin quotas.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goals associated with assigned accounts.
  • Drive sales team efforts to generate, advance, close, and regenerate pipeline.
  • Participate in coaching and developing sales teams to enable their growth.
  • Engage in business reviews between customer decision makers and company leaders.
  • Work with the team to develop proposals that address customer needs and objectives.
  • Create and maintain relationships for in-person visits and focused sales engagements.
  • Collaborate with mid- and senior-level management on business trends to develop new services and products.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels to increase sales.
  • Utilize market knowledge to identify and develop unique selling propositions for assigned customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of the BAS industry, including roles of customers, consultants, contractors, and end users.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in inside sales.
  • Familiarity with BAS applications and products.
