About the position

As an Account Executive at Prize Pest Control, you'll be at the forefront of our sales team, helping homeowners and businesses safeguard their spaces from pests. You'll handle inbound inquiries, reach out to existing leads, and provide tailored pest control solutions to new and current customers. Additionally, you will have opportunities to upsell premium services, including mosquito and termite treatment plans, to our existing client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone and provide tailored pest control solutions.
• Make outbound sales calls to existing leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Upsell premium services to current customers, focusing on mosquito and termite upgrades.
• Maintain and update sales information in our CRM (Go High Level) and scheduling system (Field Routes).
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery for customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, with an uncapped commission structure rewarding top performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a successful sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong ability to control sales conversations, handle objections, and close deals.
• Quick problem-solving skills and the ability to execute high-quality follow-up.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (experience with Go High Level is a plus) and customer scheduling systems like Field Routes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
