About the position

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Account Executive who is enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking. This role involves cultivating new relationships, understanding customer needs, and securing sales opportunities. The Account Executive will be part of a dynamic sales team, contributing to the company's growth while delivering exceptional service to customers and communities.

Responsibilities

• Sell to dedicated accounts, focusing on physical security integration services, cyber, maintenance programs, managed services, and transformational services.
• Develop a sales pipeline by working with decision-makers to assess needs and gain agreement on business cases.
• Lead the sales pursuit team in constructing winning proposals that include quotes and business cases.
• Present proposals to decision-makers while managing objections related to timing, price, and competition.
• Identify and develop a pipeline specific to assigned markets, including global accounts, utilities, financial/banking, healthcare, and education.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and deliver winning proposals.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and apply solutions to customer challenges.
• Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate business relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in physical security integration services.
• Familiarity with market-specific knowledge in utilities, financial/banking, healthcare, and education.
