About the position

The Sales Representative for M.A. Apparel is responsible for representing the organization, building rapport with clients, and closing business in alignment with organizational goals. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, including conducting prospecting calls, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
  • Conduct 100 prospecting calls per day minimum, set 12 - 15 new appointments per week.
  • Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs.
  • Identify and suggest products and services to meet customer needs and obtain authorizations.
  • Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintain communication with existing and previous customers regarding new products and services.
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, and customer relationship problems.
  • Provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
  • Master company knowledge, products, and services delivery model.
  • Maintain customer contact volume standards by completing CardoneU Training daily and attending weekly sales meetings in office.
  • Process purchase and sales invoices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field (Preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with progressive responsibilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
