About the position

Granite Works Stone Design is looking for an experienced Account Executive to assist customers in selecting and purchasing luxury stone countertops. This role involves managing walk-in clients and incoming phone leads, guiding them through the selection process, and overseeing projects from start to finish. The Account Executive serves as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Assisting walk-in clients and incoming phone leads in selecting and purchasing luxury stone countertops
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire purchase and installation process, from initial consultation to completion
• Provide product knowledge, advice, and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project timelines, progress, and any potential changes
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and are completed on schedule
• Submit all required paperwork and records in accordance with company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on luxury countertops, flooring, or high-end home improvement products
• Familiarity with stone countertops, including granite, marble, and quartz, is preferred
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and managing client relationships
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
