About the position

The Account Executive/Sales Representative for ON Services is responsible for executing the sales strategy, driving sales goals, and building strong relationships with key clients. This role involves collaborating with various teams to provide holistic solutions and ensuring an excellent client experience. The position requires a proactive approach to developing a pipeline of potential clients and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Creates an active pipeline of potential clients.
  • Works closely with project managers and account managers to ensure an excellent client experience every time.
  • Meets identified sales targets.
  • Collaborates with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to provide holistic solutions-focused ideas.
  • Develops and maintains key accounts.
  • Establishes and utilizes sales infrastructure and systems to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Works closely with bid production and marketing to develop go-to market presentations, demonstrations, and sales strategies.
  • Maintains a high level of knowledge of customers, markets, and competitor activity and provides feedback to company leadership.
  • Works with sales leadership to develop business models for potential new market partners.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required, MBA Preferred
  • 3-5 years of business development experience and/or account management in the live Event Industry with strong closing skills
  • Proven experience developing new business and achieving sales targets
  • Analytical skills
  • Must be able to use Excel and other ERP tools
  • Experience in SalesForce Preferred
  • Forecast and pipeline management
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills
  • Consultative communications style - effective listener
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrated strategic, solution-based problem solving skills
  • Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
