About the position

The Account Executive at Insight Advisers is responsible for managing and servicing group health client accounts. This role involves direct communication with clients, handling inquiries related to insurance benefits, claims, and billing issues, while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The position requires a strong understanding of various insurance carriers and regulations, as well as the ability to process enrollments and maintain accurate client records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day duties associated with serving new and existing group health client accounts.
• Serve as the point of contact for group administrators and employees, handling claims, ID cards, benefit questions, and billing issues.
• Respond to all client questions within 24 hours and accept personal responsibility for client satisfaction.
• Process online enrollments in carrier websites, including Easy Apps and Employee Navigator.
• Enter service and client contact notes into the client database and log calls with resolutions.
• Have knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ACA guidelines, including state continuation and COBRA guidelines.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding copay, deductible, and plan summaries.
• May be asked to visit client sites with key account group contacts on an annual basis.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in insurance (Required)
• 2 years of experience in account management (Required)
• Valid Life and Health License in Kansas & Missouri (Required)
