About the position

The Account Executive at Pavion is responsible for driving sales and developing strong relationships within the security business unit. This role involves executing a business plan, generating leads, and penetrating accounts to secure new business opportunities. The Account Executive will serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met while collaborating with internal teams to support customer objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strong business plan for sales.
  • Qualify prospects and generate leads for new business development.
  • Identify target opportunities to take large customer sales from competitors.
  • Serve as the key point of contact with customers and nurture key relationships.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer issues to drive long-term results.
  • Read and understand bid documents, technical drawings, and programming guides.
  • Manage CRM data including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships across internal teams to support customer objectives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the commercial development industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience in establishing a client base and relationship development.
  • Proven history of sales success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Fire Alarm codes and equipment.
  • Experience building a network of business relationships.
