About the position

The Account Executive at Tricentis is responsible for connecting customer needs with the value proposition of Tricentis Testim, a leading-edge Continuous Testing Software. This role involves articulating the platform's value to C-Level and senior executives, developing strategic pipelines, and navigating complex customer environments to deliver value-based ROI proposals. The position requires a proactive approach to drive customer satisfaction and sales forecasting while collaborating with a team of Solution Architects to enhance customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate the value of our platform to C-Level and senior executives in our strategic accounts
  • Strategically and rapidly develop pipeline
  • Navigate complex customer environments and develop value-based ROI proposals
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan
  • Drive customer delight
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce
  • Sell a leading-edge Continuous Testing Software that supports the DevOps revolution in IT
  • Engage, educate, and transform the way our customers deliver better quality software to market faster than ever before
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team, including experienced Solution Architects, to improve customer outcomes
  • Work in a fast-growing, innovative, and highly motivated company where individual contributions are valued
  • Leverage experience working with partners and connections within the Channel

Requirements

  • 5+ years software selling experience with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in selling complex solutions into large Enterprise organizations
  • Technical pedigree and comfort with software development, web & mobile technologies, and the QA life cycle
  • Willingness to acquire skills and knowledge to become a competent contact person for clients
  • Ability to engage with different buying influencers in complex sales cycles
  • Determination to succeed and overachieve goals with diligence and persistence
  • Proven track record of overachievement in enterprise software sales
  • English language skills
