Responsibilities

  • Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.

  • Connect Elara Caring's in-home care services to eligible patients and families.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with medical professionals to achieve sales goals.
  • Utilize data and technology to support sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
  • Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proven sales acumen with demonstrated results.
  • Understanding of referral sources and decision makers in healthcare.
  • Skilled in problem solving and providing solutions to meet patient and business needs.
  • High confidence level to interact with healthcare professionals at all levels.
  • Competitive mindset to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Demonstrates adaptability, enthusiasm, and willingness to cooperate with others.
