About the position

Blue Bridge Financial, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to join our Direct Lending Division in Irvine, CA. As one of the fastest growing equipment finance lenders since 2009, we pride ourselves on our ability to foster relationships with direct customers, dealer partners, and third-party originators. This role is pivotal in driving origination through strategic partnerships and relationship management. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying leads and maintaining these relationships to support our expanding business. This position offers hands-on training and significant growth opportunities within the organization, reflecting our commitment to creativity and independence in the lending process. The Account Executive will engage in outbound calling to provided leads, new contacts, and existing customer databases. A key responsibility will be mass outreach to end users to build a dealer network, utilizing a combination of outbound calling and email campaigns. The role requires identifying new lead sources for both end users and dealer partners, as well as recognizing industries of interest and strategies to penetrate those markets. The successful candidate will utilize Salesforce, our CRM, to track calls and update notes, ensuring that all interactions are documented and followed up appropriately. Achieving monthly and annual sales quotas is essential, and this will be accomplished by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. The Account Executive will generate leads and build relationships by organizing their daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers. Educating customers about our finance products and screening incoming callers to assess their needs and qualifications are also critical components of this role. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of finance options and requirements, as well as scheduling and tracking follow-up calls with leads, will be necessary for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1 year sales experience in a call center setting preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent computer skills; CRM sales software experience is a plus.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Lending experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
