About the position

The Account Executive at Insight Advisers, LLC is responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional service to new and existing group health client accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of various insurance carriers and benefit plans, as well as excellent communication skills to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction. The position emphasizes technology use in managing client accounts and requires adherence to HIPAA regulations and ACA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for group administrators and employees, handling claims, ID cards, benefit questions, prescription claims, and billing issues.
• Respond to all client questions within 24 hours and accept personal responsibility for client satisfaction.
• Process online enrollments in carrier websites, including Easy Apps and Employee Navigator.
• Enter service and client contact notes into the client database, logging calls with resolutions to date.
• Have knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ACA guidelines, including state continuation and COBRA guidelines.
• Respond knowledgeably to client questions regarding copay, deductible, and plan summary.
• May be asked to visit client sites with key account group contacts on an annual basis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of sales or customer service experience
• 2 years of account management experience
• Life and Health Insurance License in Kansas & Missouri
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ACA guidelines
