About the position

The Account Executive position at Paradigm HomeCare is a full-time role focused on driving key accounts and generating new business development in the home health sector. The ideal candidate is a proven sales executive who thrives in competitive environments, is motivated by results, and possesses strong communication skills. This role requires significant out-of-office travel and involves meeting Medicare episodic admission targets while maintaining a customer database.

Responsibilities

  • Drive key accounts and generate new business development.
  • Conduct 10-12 sales calls per day.
  • Meet or exceed Medicare episodic admission targets (budgeted goals).
  • Capitalize on CRM data to create and maintain an account/customer database.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of business development, marketing, or sales experience in a healthcare setting, preferably home health.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and valid auto liability insurance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in home health sales is preferred.
