About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate new business leads.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing client information, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of sales experience
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs
  • Experience in account management with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships and sales processes
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, including identifying new markets and opportunities
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive performance within the sales team.
