About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive at Ntirety is a key individual contributor role focused on driving new sales through the company's managed services expertise. This position emphasizes generating new bookings from prospective clients, networking within a defined geographic territory, and collaborating with Channel Partners. The role requires a professional with a strong sales background, capable of managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, prospects, and partners to establish Ntirety's credibility.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including business development, sales, solution architects, subject matter experts, product management, and service delivery.
  • Drive revenue growth within a specified region, including a select number of existing accounts.
  • Generate business opportunities through professional networking and outreach.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in our internal systems.
  • Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals and quotas.
  • Keep account and opportunity status updated in Salesforce.com.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction during all sales and pre-sales engagements.
  • Partner with service delivery teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in solution-selling IT services (managed and professional services).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic, and resilience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results-driven environment.
  • Proven track record as a sales hunter and closer.
  • Comfortable closing deals via phone and willing to travel for client meetings as needed.
  • Professional demeanor and strong business acumen.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
  • Commitment to continuous learning through training and sales enablement programs.
