About the position

The Account Executive at Agape Care Group plays a crucial role in coordinating patient referrals and establishing relationships with local hospitals to secure these referrals. This position is dedicated to educating the community and referral sources about hospice care, ensuring continuity of care, and maintaining proper communication and documentation. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and generate new hospice business in existing and new accounts.
  • Establish relationships with local hospitals to secure patient referrals.
  • Educate the community and referral sources about hospice services.
  • Ensure continuity of care and proper communication among patients and their care teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to patient referrals and care coordination.
  • Engage with patients, medical professionals, and other referral sources daily.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate Degree in a relevant field or proven work experience in a health-related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, preferably in hospice.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs.
