About The Position

Account Executives are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the Commercial and Industrial lines of business. This role involves identifying viable leads and acquiring new business, particularly targeting new business and opportunities from competitors in the market. The focus is on opportunities with a revenue band of $200-$2000 per month. The Account Executive must maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends to anticipate changing customer needs, and possess thorough knowledge of the company’s services, pricing structures, and additional services specified by prospects. Establishing long-term business relationships with new clients to grow revenue and meet pricing objectives is crucial. The role also includes executing service agreements with customers, building relationships through participation in company-sponsored activities, and partnering with the Operations Team and Customer Service department to address customer needs. Daily utilization of SalesForce.com for scheduling and documenting activities is required, along with achieving weekly activity standards and monthly growth quotas.
