About the position

The Account Executive (AE) at Angels Care Home Health will act as a liaison between the agency and the community, focusing on community and customer needs. This role involves developing and implementing home health programs and services while ensuring adherence to quality healthcare standards and optimizing resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the agency and the community regarding community and customer needs.
• Develop and implement home health programs and services.
• Maintain standards of practice consistent with quality health care.
• Maximize human, financial, and equipment resources.
• Attend meetings and make presentations to prospective referral sources.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with various people and organizations.
• Work flexible hours as marketing responsibilities require.

Requirements

• Previous healthcare sales and marketing experience.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Knowledge of reimbursement programs from payer sources or ability to learn.
• Self-motivated, directed, and goal-oriented.
