About the position

Questis is looking for a motivated sales professional to join our successful sales team. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers as well as handle inbound leads. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, eager to grow in their sales career, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. In this role, you will demonstrate, promote, and sell Questis's products and services by strategically presenting functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers. You will find new prospects through both inbound and self-sourced leads, developing and fostering relationships to maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention. You will sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to the C-suite, and you will meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition. Tracking progress and results will be essential, as you will record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in our CRM system. Additionally, you will research and understand the target market, staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Questis's overall market opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell Questis's products and services by strategically presenting functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Find new prospects through both inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Develop and foster relationships by maintaining close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to the C-suite.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience selling a product or service
  • Experience in a complex selling environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
