About the position

The Account Executive at FirstEnroll LLC is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a proven track record in business development, focusing on providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and deliver on quota and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base and increase market share.
  • Understand the business model for prospective clients and educate them on how FirstEnroll solutions can enhance their operations.
  • Prospect to identify opportunities to sell the company's solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that meet or exceed quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
  • Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development or sales with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the TPA or health payer markets.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN Selling).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
