About the position

PayRange is a rapidly growing tech company based in Portland, Oregon. We pride ourselves on our innovative products, vibrant company culture, and our dedication to customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic individual to join our sales team as Account Manager, part of our enterprise sales team. You will be part of the sales team, responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities. You must demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture including prospecting, qualifying, cold-calling, and closing opportunities within a new territory.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities that will allow you to exceed your targets.
  • Manage your own forecast to track progress.
  • Work with the team to prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Conduct outbound cold-calls and in-person visits to potential new customers to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of proposal development.
  • Assist in managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing timely follow-ups.
  • Continually build a pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Become an authority on PayRange products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in our CRM system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Executive role, with a focus on closing identified opportunities.
  • Experience selling/partnering with enterprise organizations.
  • Strong experience prospecting, cold-calling, scheduling and qualifying business opportunities.
  • Comfortable within a start-up environment, helping establish processes within a Sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
