About the position

The Account Executive at Five Hundred Degrees Studio is a vital role within the Account Service team, responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating creative projects. This position requires a self-motivated and energetic professional who excels in a fast-paced agency environment, ensuring successful execution of deliverables while advocating for both the client and the agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client and account team support, balancing client expectations with agency capabilities.
• Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Keep clients updated on the status of active projects and understand their needs and concerns.
• Manage specific pieces of multiple large-scale projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders for timely execution.
• Create briefs for small to mid-scale projects, clearly communicating project objectives and requirements.
• Handle issues or conflicts that arise during projects, finding timely solutions that satisfy both the agency and the client.
• Conduct quality assurance by reviewing design elements for brand alignment and checking final products for accuracy and consistency.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address client concerns and build collaborative relationships.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree with a focus in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Prior knowledge and experience within creative advertising workflow.
• Fluency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to function in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-motivated with effective problem-solving skills.
