About the position

The Account Executive position at CyberCoders is designed for an experienced sales professional in the PCB/PCBA/SMT industry. This role focuses on driving sales, managing client relationships, and promoting manufacturing solutions, particularly in the PCB sector. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base and enhancing service offerings, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the PCB manufacturing sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure client specifications are met.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the PCB or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of PCBs and their manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Printed Circuit Boards, SMT, PCBA, Rigid, FLEX, and Rigid-flex manufacturing processes is a plus.
