About the position

The Account Executive role at JET Advertising serves as the primary contact for multiple clients, focusing on client satisfaction and exceptional customer service. This position involves project management, copywriting for various marketing initiatives, and the development of annual marketing plans and proposals. The role is integral to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring effective communication between clients and the internal team.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day client interactions via regular meetings.
• Copywriting and proofing for digital and print marketing projects.
• Works with the internal marketing and design team to guide/manage client projects.
• Develops project timelines and communicates effectively between client and internal team to achieve goals by deadline.
• Provides regular status reports for projects and keeps team up-to-date on needs and deadlines.
• Reviews, proofs and edits all client-facing communication to ensure quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
• Five years or more of agency experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple client accounts.
• Exemplary communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment.

Nice-to-haves
