About the position

The Account Executive - Sales at Viamedia is responsible for connecting businesses with innovative advertising solutions across traditional and digital platforms. This role focuses on managing client relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing creative multimedia ad campaigns that deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and the community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple budgets for traditional and digital media solutions.
  • Upsell to current clients and bring in new business.
  • Align clients' marketing budgets with Viamedia's cross-platform solutions.
  • Develop creative multimedia ad campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Review account lists weekly and track sales pipelines.
  • Build connections within the local community to promote Viamedia's digital solutions.
  • Participate in sales training programs for continuous learning.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of digital sales experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in media sales (cable, broadcast, etc.).
  • Experience in multi-screen, social, and search campaigns.
  • Skilled in identifying synergies between traditional and digital sales.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills in various formats.
  • Valid driver's license and state-minimum car insurance.
