As an Account Executive at Ashokan Services, Inc., you will play a crucial role in representing our company and driving our sales efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to manage active and existing accounts while also seeking new opportunities in the New York real estate market. This position offers a unique chance to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, contributing to innovative solutions in water management. In this role, you will be expected to conduct thorough research on New York real estate sites to identify and acquire new leads. Cold calling will be a part of your daily routine, accounting for approximately 10% of your workday. You will also have the opportunity to meet with clients on a daily basis, fostering relationships and understanding their needs. Participation in weekly sales meetings will be essential for sharing insights and strategies with your team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. This position is designed for individuals who are ready to take initiative and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage active and existing accounts provided by Ashokan.
  • Research New York real estate sites to acquire new leads.
  • Engage in cold calling, accounting for 10% of daily activities.
  • Meet with clients on a daily basis to build relationships.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss strategies and progress.

Requirements

  • 4 Year Degree with a 3.5 GPA or better
  • Advanced MS Office Skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Familiarity with Internet and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Sharp, professional demeanor
  • Sales experience a plus, but not necessary
  • Degree in Environmental Studies or Engineering a plus
  • Salesforce experience a plus

Benefits

  • $40K base salary plus commission
