Responsibilities

• Educate clients on the importance of precious metals
• Build relationships with clients and peers to ensure transactions are handled with a high level of customer service
• Maintain the mentality: 'The Customer Is Always Right'
• Make 200+ outgoing calls and accept inbound calls from interested clients nationwide
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and national/international financial news
• Provide market updates and answer account-related questions to clients at any given time

Requirements

• Prefer previous precious metals experience or experience in a fast-paced sales environment
• Knowledge of a CRM (HubSpot or SalesForce)
• Professional phone etiquette
• Experience making 200+ calls daily
• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal sales team
• Understanding of the precious metals market
