About the position

The Sr. Client Partner at Wipro Limited is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts, directing organic growth strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through world-class delivery. This role involves developing strategic client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining the overall financial health of accounts within the portfolio. The position aims to establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients to ensure their long-term commitment to Wipro.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts.
  • Direct organic growth strategy across a strategic account portfolio.
  • Set vision and conduct annual account planning.
  • Identify key growth opportunities and create proactive client value.
  • Ensure overall financial health of accounts within the portfolio.
  • Drive profitable growth by developing strategic client relationships.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through world-class delivery.
  • Generate leads by interacting with customers in various lines of business.
  • Present and publish proposals, including responses to RFP/RFIs.
  • Interact with procurement and supplier relationship teams to maintain smooth contract flow.

Requirements

  • At least 15+ years of experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cross-selling various service lines for customers.
  • Ability to present and interact at all levels with consultative sales capability.
  • Experience in delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles.
  • Managed multi-million USD accounts across various geographies.
  • Strong account management skills, building and managing client relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to carry targets on revenue, bookings, and operating margin.
  • Experience in resolving people management issues within teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in SaaS or On-Demand Industry is highly desirable.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
