About the position

The Account Executive position at Real Floors involves driving sales and building client relationships within the multi-family flooring market in the Nashville, TN area. The role is focused on generating new business, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Generating maximum sales profitability and growth within the multi-family/apartment industry.
• Sustaining a pipeline of new business through creative prospecting.
• Demonstrating products and services to existing accounts and potential new customers.
• Providing necessary information for each new account/customer.
• Providing floor plans and pricing for all accounts/customers.
• Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and problems promptly.
• Setting and achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Performing random job site inspections and reporting results to the Installation department.
• Maintaining an organized sample/showroom and sales office.
• Reporting competitive pricing and changes in the competitive landscape to management.

Requirements

• Strong B2B prospecting skills with a proven track record of closing new business.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• A clean driving record and reliable transportation for daily travel to customer sites.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior multi-family sales experience.
• Experience in prospecting and closing new business in a field-based sales role.
• Knowledge of flooring products and/or industry.
