About the position

The Account Executive at Pavion will be responsible for driving sales within the security business unit, focusing on developing and executing business plans, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires advanced selling skills and a deep understanding of customer needs to become a trusted advisor, while also managing CRM data and collaborating with internal teams to support customer objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strong business plan for sales.
  • Qualify prospects and generate leads for new business development.
  • Identify target opportunities to take large customer sales from competitors.
  • Serve as the key point of contact with customers and nurture key relationships.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customers and their issues to drive long-term results.
  • Read and understand bid documents, technical drawings, and programming guides.
  • Manage CRM data including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships across internal teams to support customer objectives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5 years of experience in the Security/Integration Industry.
  • Knowledge of Fire Alarm codes and equipment.
  • Proven history of sales success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Experience building a network of business relationships to create sales opportunities.
  • Experience working with A&D, real estate, and construction companies.
  • Valid Driver License and acceptable driving record.

  • Bachelor's Degree.
