About the position

The Account Executive at Neostella is responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through a customer-centric approach. This role involves working in a fast-paced startup environment, achieving quarterly sales quotas, and collaborating with channel partners to generate interest and close sales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and expanding the client base.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and referability among Neostella clients
  • Look for ways to actively grow new business from existing clients
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Achieve sales targets for new business from existing clients
  • Create proposals for clients and statements of work with delivery for new business
  • Work with clients to secure customer testimonials and case studies
  • Identify new potential customers
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Stay up to date with new features and product launches
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Cross-sell products, when appropriate

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Direct Sales and/or Account Management
  • Experience in a technical solution field selling software and professional services preferred
  • Ability to grasp client needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Proven track record of successfully hitting goals
  • Strong team player skillset, communication, negotiation, and listening skills
