About the position

The Account Executive role at MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions involves managing and expanding customer relationships within the aluminum surface treatment business in North America. This position focuses on providing sales, technical support, and product training to customers, primarily large aluminum extruders, anodizers, and job shops. The role requires strategic management of key accounts and collaboration with internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer relationships and grow the aluminum surface treatment business in North America.
• Provide front line sales, technical support, and product training to customers.
• Develop and implement the Roadmap to Revenue sales process on the ATLAS platform.
• Assist in developing strategic alliances and partnerships with OEM/Tier/applicator partners.
• Deliver agreed upon new business targets on an annual basis.
• Assist with new installations and commissioning of anodizing/pre-paint lines.
• Lead troubleshooting and implement corrective actions using company resources.
• Provide technical support at other MEIS accounts for LMS products.
• Complete and forward formalized monthly reports and T&E reports using Chrome River management software.
• Maintain proficiency in all aspects of operations and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Six (6)+ years of experience in the aluminum/anodizing market or paint shop.
